Position: Product Design / UX Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $50–$125/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Make informed decisions related to product design, usability, and visual taste preferences for AI training tasks.
• Create and evaluate product mockups using modern design tools and workflows.
• Provide structured feedback on user experience, user journeys, and interface clarity.
• Assess AI-generated design outputs for usability, coherence, and real-world applicability.
• Apply design principles, interaction patterns, and visual standards used in modern technology products.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams supporting AI model development.

Requirements

• Strong professional background in product design and UX.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe.
• Ability to create and evaluate product mockups and design concepts.
• Experience providing user experience and user journey feedback.
• Excellent visual judgment, written communication, and critical reasoning skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
