ABOUT THE POSITION
One of our clients from the construction industry is involved in a joint initiative with the SAP BTP community to define a baseline for the BTP way of working. The goal is to establish standards, processes, and best practices for development, deployment, and DevOps operations on BTP.
In this context, he is seeking an experienced Senior (6+ years ) DevOps Engineer with strong BTP experience to support the implementation and maintenance of GitLab CI/CD pipelines within an SAP development environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, implement, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines for SAP-related projects
- Integrate DevSecOps best practices into existing workflows
- Collaborate with SAP developers and stakeholders to align pipelines with project needs
- Ensure compliance, security, and performance standards in all automation processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on DevOps engineering (not functional consulting)
- GitLab
- CI/CD pipeline configuration and maintenance
- Security tools (e.g. Veracode, SonarQube)
- Clear understanding of SAP BTP and its context
- Ability to design, build, and sustain DevOps pipelines
