Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (relocation package will be provided, further details below)

Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 AED per month (~€195,000 / $230,000 per annum tax free)

Our client is a high-growth SaaS company entering a transformative phase focused on leveraging data and AI to drive business outcomes. They are hiring a VP of Data & AI to build and lead the company’s BI, internal metrics, and AI/ML strategy. The company’s core product is centered around machine learning, making this role pivotal in shaping both the product and the business strategy.

This is a senior leadership role for a technically deep data and AI expert who can operate at both strategic and execution levels. You will oversee multiple data functions, aligning BI, analytics, and AI/ML teams to deliver actionable insights, predictive models, and advanced AI solutions across the organisation.

Required Experience:

• Advanced expertise in ML and AI, ideally with a research or academic background (PhD highly valued, but not essential)
• Proven experience building and leading BI, Data, AI, and ML strategy in large scale environments
• Strong people leadership capability, with a track record of leading, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary teams
• Demonstrated experience owning and delivering large-scale, product-focused Data and AI strategies
• Relevant certifications such as AWS, GCP, DeepLearning.AI, Tensorflow, PyTorch, CDMP, TOGAF9, or equivalent
• Experience within Fintech, Banking, Cybersecurity, or Fraud is beneficial but not essential
