We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to work hybrid in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about
- Develop, maintain, and optimize data process pipelines in SQL Server and SQL Integration Services (SSIS);
- Implement and manage data integration and synchronization processes between heterogeneous systems, ensuring consistency, incremental updates, and error control;
- Evolve relational databases in SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including support for production environments, tuning, and troubleshooting;
- Create and optimize complex queries in T-SQL and SQL (PostgreSQL), ensuring performance, readability, and alignment with best practices;
- Participate in the design and modeling of data in relational databases;
- Implement data anonymization and pseudonymization mechanisms, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and compliance with GDPR;
- Define and apply data quality mechanisms, validations, and reconciliations between sources and destinations, ensuring integrity and traceability;
- Document technical solutions, data flows, and models, ensuring efficient maintenance and knowledge sharing within the team;
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for requirements gathering, solution design, and continuous delivery of improvements;
- Work experience in CI/CD with GitLab.

What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles;
- Experience with SSIS to integrate data;
- Strong knowledge creating and optimizing complex queries in T-SQL and SQL;
- Experience with CI/CD;
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology, or a related field;
- Medium level of English (B1 at least);
- Fluent level of Portuguese.
