TechNET IT has partnered with a global enterprise undergoing a major shift toward a product-centric operating model and accelerating investment in Digital HR, automation and AI-enabled services.
As organisations move beyond HR systems ownership into HR platforms as strategic products, this role will lead the modernisation of the HR technology ecosystem, driving measurable impact across employee experience, HR service delivery, workforce analytics and governance. This is a senior leadership position, partnering closely with HR and Technology stakeholders in a complex global environment.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role within a global organisation accelerating its move toward a product-centric model and modernising HR service delivery at scale. You will own the strategic direction for Digital HR and HR Technology, acting as a trusted advisor to senior HR stakeholders while shaping the roadmap that underpins the employee lifecycle across core HR, talent, learning and HR services.
You’ll lead the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem beyond “systems delivery” into platform enablement, ensuring HR capabilities are scalable, connected and measurable. This includes driving enterprise adoption of automation, AI-enabled HR services and advanced workforce analytics, while embedding robust governance, responsible AI principles and GDPR-aligned data practices.
Working across a complex, decentralised environment (corporate functions, shared services and technology teams), you’ll influence investment priorities, challenge legacy ways of working and deliver a modern digital employee experience that improves efficiency, insight and service quality across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a global HR technology strategy aligned to enterprise priorities
- Drive digital transformation across HR services (automation, AI, analytics, EX platforms)
- Partner with senior HR stakeholders to shape roadmaps, investment cases and outcomes
- Modernise and optimise the HR tech ecosystem (platform strategy, integration, vendor governance)
- Embed responsible AI principles, GDPR-aligned data practices and scalable automation
- Lead adoption and change, improving HR digital fluency and employee experience outcomes
Experience We’re Looking For
- 12+ years in HR Technology / Digital HR / HR Transformation within large enterprises
- Strong knowledge of Workday/HCM ecosystems, integrations and platform optimisation
- Proven delivery across automation, AI-enabled HR services, workforce analytics
- Experience operating in matrixed global organisations with multiple stakeholders
- Strong governance mindset (privacy, risk, compliance, ethical AI considerations)
- Executive presence and ability to influence across HR, IT and business leadership
