What you can expect
Human Resources Management

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations, including compensation and benefits administration.
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies, internal guidelines, and local labor legislation; maintain and update the employee handbook.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including exit interviews and turnover analysis.
  • Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits reimbursement processes.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to line managers and employees on HR policies, performance management, and employee relations matters.
  • Manage global mobility processes for international assignees.
  • Partner with APAC HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with regional HR frameworks and business objectives.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and reports, leveraging data and analytics to provide actionable insights.
  • Lead annual HR budget planning and monitor personnel costs; prepare monthly personnel cost reporting.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support office management activities, including office setup and relocation projects.
  • Support HR audits and ensure effective risk mitigation across HR activities.
  • Participate in and support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.


Talent Acquisition

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment activity from such as resume & and phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates,
  • Arrange pre-employment screening upon and background & reference screenings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate profile records and database integrity.
  • Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Drive internal talent sourcing initiatives and ensure robust succession planning frameworks are in place.
  • Provide strategic consultations to hiring manager and stakeholders involved on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing/attracting strategies.


Total Rewards Management

  • Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • Conduct job evaluation process and provide information support internally/externally.
  • Conduct pays and benefits benchmarking analysis and prepare salary structure as well as salary budget proposal based on internal pay positioning vs market competition,
  • Design and implement reward and recognition programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
  • Support salary review process starting from data consolidation, summary report, and preparing letter for employee communication.
  • Support company performance bonus implementation including communication. Prepare bonus calculation template as well as bonus provision calculation for budget planning as well as calculation with actual performance result for payout to employees.


Employee Experience & Communication

  • Be a first contact point for all staffs on people/work related matters.
  • Manage employee relations activities in conjunction with Employee to enhance cooperative relationship among employees.
  • Liaise with Line Manager to resolve dispute case in relation to work and/or individual performance matters.
  • Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture.
  • Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and change management within the HR team and inter-departments.
  • Prepare and implement internal communication and coordinate HR program implementation.


Employee Development

  • Coordinate employee development as well as Leadership development initiatives.
  • Monitor and support training records and evaluation process to ensure program effectiveness.


Performance Management

  • Collaborate with managers to establish performance management systems and provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations including the creation and evaluation of IDP.
  • Develop, evaluate, and execute talent management frameworks.


Reporting

  • Provide personnel data to relevant teams for HR related reporting and/or analysis e.g. headcount reporting, training report, etc.


What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR function with at least 5 years in manager’s role in multinational company.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor law, local immigration processes, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR Information System (HRIS) - Workday and Microsoft Office Application.
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance process.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malayu both spoken and written.
  • This position is base in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
