Senior Digital Designer (Ecommerce)

We’re looking for a seasoned designer who knows how to make complex information feel effortless — visually, verbally, and strategically.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design execution across digital touchpoints, including Amazon gallery images, A+ Premium modules, packaging, brand campaigns, and landing pages.
• Support and guide other designers on the team by reviewing work, delivering clear and constructive feedback, and helping uphold a consistently high design bar (experience managing remote designers is a strong plus).
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems that elevate conversion and reinforce brand identity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — marketing, product, photo studios, and leadership — to bring ideas from concept to deployment.
• Develop scalable design systems in Figma that streamline workflows across multiple SKUs, colorways, and product launches.
• Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, refining and improving visual standards as the brand evolves.
• Work directly with leadership to define creative direction for new initiatives, launches, and strategic brand moments.

Must-Have Skills

• Expert-level Figma experience — this is non-negotiable. You should know production-ready file organization better than most designers know Photoshop.
• High-level knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong visual storytelling and editorial sensibility. You understand hierarchy, layout, typography, and color at a commercially strategic level.
• Experience designing for ecommerce (Amazon experience is a major plus).
• Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining a high bar of quality.
• Comfort working with data-driven creative decisions and performance-focused design.
• Strong communication skills — able to defend design choices without ego and welcome feedback from leadership.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with Amazon best practices, conversion optimization, or packaging design.
• Experience in lifestyle/home goods, textiles, or consumer products.
• Photo/video direction and the ability to collaborate confidently with external studios.
