Senior UX Designer

Robert Half's client is looking for a Senior UX Designer for a 100% Remote, 3-month contract that is likely to extend to a full year. They need someone to elevate user experiences across our outbound communication channels and internal tools. This role blends strong UX expertise with fast‑paced campaign work, systems thinking, and emerging conversational interfaces.

What You’ll Do

• Design user‑centered experiences across email, push, WhatsApp, and other outbound channels.
• Partner closely with creative, email, push, and WhatsApp teams on high‑velocity campaigns.
• Build and maintain internal tools and reusable components for marketing and email workflows.
• Shape experiences for AI‑driven chat interfaces and conversational commerce.
• Consult with marketing teams across the company to guide UX best practices.
• Apply strong visual design skills to enhance clarity and consistency.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in UX, interaction, or product design.
• Strong portfolio with user‑centered work and experience in communication‑heavy or campaign‑driven environments.
• Experience designing internal tools, design systems, or component libraries.
• Familiarity with AI chat, messaging UX patterns, or conversational interfaces.
• Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in high‑velocity environments.
• Bonus: social media design or experience supporting social channels.
