As a Facilities Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting infrastructure and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 + 5-10% Bonus

- Manage and maintain physical infrastructure, including buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure safety, functionality, and efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Prepare cost estimates and recommendations for facility improvements to optimize operational costs.
- Lead the design, sourcing, and project management of infrastructure projects such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Assist in developing long-range facility plans and participate in continuous improvement initiatives like kaizen efforts.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering highly preferred.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, 2D AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software.
- Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.
- Experience with facility maintenance, project management, and understanding of building codes and OSHA standards is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, construction, and plumbing systems is advantageous.
