Location: Fully Remote (United States)

Salary: $150k – $190k (DOE)

Your Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-driven systems powered by LLMs, NLP pipelines, and agent-based architectures.
• Develop intelligent workflows using single-agent and multi-agent systems to automate reasoning, matching, and decision-making.
• Build, test, and refine prompts, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks to continuously improve model performance.
• Deploy and scale AI services using AWS, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate real-world problems into practical AI solutions.
• Own features end-to-end — from experimentation and modeling through to production deployment.
• Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and architecture decisions as the company grows.

Requirements:

• Strong experience building with LLMs, NLP systems, or applied machine learning in real-world products.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents or multi-agent frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and experience integrating with modern AI tooling.
• Solid experience deploying systems on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, APIs, etc.).
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern backend systems.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.

It’s a Bonus If You Have:

• Prior experience working at a startup or early-stage company.
• Built products using RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, or orchestration frameworks.
• Experience contributing to AI architecture decisions rather than just experimentation.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or data-driven products.
