Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems, capable of designing, building, and optimizing scalable AI solutions on Microsoft Azure. This is a highly hands-on role in a fast-paced AI delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI systems
• Conceptualize, design, and develop end-to-end Generative AI solutions using Azure services
• Develop and optimize LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent workflows
• Fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to GenAI models and pipelines
• Stay up to date with emerging GenAI tools, frameworks, and Azure capabilities
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Product, and Security teams

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Azure ML
• Proven expertise in Generative AI and/or Agentic AI systems
• Practical experience with Azure OpenAI and PromptFlow
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with Databricks
• Hands-on experience with PySpark
• Experience building AI solutions on Azure Cloud services

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Desired Competencies

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership of deliverables
• Ability to work effectively in fast-changing AI environments
• Excellent collaboration skills across technical and business teams
• Clear communication, especially when explaining AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Certifications

• Not mandatory (Azure certifications are a plus)
