Join Global Payments & Liquidity at Wells Fargo and help shape how AI solutions are built and scaled across the enterprise.
In this hands-on product role, you'll work at the intersection of AI, no-code tools, and real business problems. You'll partner closely with business owners, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and deliver impactful AI-driven products-accelerating AI adoption in a safe, compliant way.
This role is ideal for a Product Manager who enjoys experimentation, rapid iteration, and building solutions that get used.
What You'll Do
- Own discovery and research efforts to understand user needs, personas, and pain points
- Translate insights into product direction, defining scope, features, and priorities aligned to business goals
- Design, prototype, and test AI-enabled solutions using no-code tools
- Collaborate daily with business partners, SMEs, technology, risk, and compliance teams
- Gather user feedback and performance data, iterating quickly to improve product outcomes
- Ensure solutions meet safety, risk, and compliance standards required in a regulated environment
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, product development experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Understanding of Agile digital product development principles and lifecycle
- Exposure to no-code or low-code tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and align across teams
- Experience conducting user research and using data to inform decisions
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments
- Interest or familiarity with AI concepts, data literacy, and emerging technologies
- Exposure to UX or design thinking practices, usability testing, or prototypes
- Technical curiosity-interest in learning about APIs, integrations, and automation concepts
- Work on visible, high-impact AI initiatives

Job Expectations
- This role will be required to sit out of Charlotte, NC (Uptown location). No other locations will be considered. Candidates outside of a reasonable commuting distance will need to consider relocation.
