Italian-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media)

πŸ“ Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation required)

🏒 Working model: Hybrid once based in Sofia (on-site Wednesdays & Thursdays)

We are partnering with a global technology services provider to hire an Italian-speaking Customer Success Specialist to support a leading social media hiring platform. In this role, you will help Enterprise clients successfully implement and adopt hiring solutions, ensuring strong performance, engagement, and return on investment.

Your responsibilities

  • Support new Enterprise customers during onboarding and implementation of the Hiring program
  • Ensure all product and system integrations are completed accurately (quality assurance)
  • Drive customer success by improving adoption, usage, and engagement with the platform
  • Guide clients on best practices based on a deep understanding of the product
  • Track customer lifecycle milestones, including onboarding, license activation, and engagement goals
  • Monitor and document customer activity in CRM systems
  • Help triage and resolve technical or operational tickets
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Your profile

  • Fluency in Italian and English (C1 level)
  • Experience analyzing data, trends, and customer information to identify improvement opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working with CRM platforms, queues, cases, and tickets
  • Ability to manage priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset
