Digital Marketing Manager (Remote – Pakistan)

To support our expansion, we are looking for a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Manager to join our team remotely from Pakistan. This is an exciting opportunity to work with global brands and execute advanced digital strategies in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager at SKOMA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing high-performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will play a key role in lead generation, social media growth, web analytics, and performance marketing, ensuring our clients achieve maximum ROI on their digital marketing investments.

This is a full-time, remote position requiring strong strategic thinking, execution excellence, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and KPIs.
  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns, email funnels, and content strategies for improved conversion rates.

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Oversee organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage content calendars, ensuring engaging and high-converting brand messaging.
  • Monitor trends and create viral-worthy content strategies that enhance brand awareness.

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Develop landing pages, A/B test creatives, and optimize conversion funnels to maximize lead quality.
  • Implement retargeting strategies to increase sales and customer retention.

Web Analytics & Data-Driven Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on website performance, traffic sources, and user behavior using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and heatmaps.
  • Develop actionable insights from data analysis to improve customer engagement, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use AI-powered tools and automation to enhance marketing efficiency.

SEO & Website Growth

  • Oversee SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page SEO) to improve organic search rankings.
  • Work with content creators and developers to enhance website usability, speed, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Project & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a team of SEO specialists, web developers, and content creators to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines with efficiency and precision.
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements

Core Digital Marketing Skills

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, lead generation, and performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email automation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills

  • Ability to interpret marketing data, A/B test results, and user behavior analytics to optimize performance.
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and AI-powered analytics tools.

Project & Team Leadership

  • Experience leading digital teams, managing remote staff, and handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Technical & Creative Adaptability

  • Ability to work independently and execute with minimal supervision.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with emerging trends in digital marketing, AI, and automation.
  • Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.
