Here’s what you’ll be doing

We are looking for a passionate and experienced MYP and/or DP educator to support the growth of the Toddle Library. In this role, you will work closely with the Toddle Library team to build strong assessment solutions for MYP and DP educators.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of the MYP and DP Library roadmap, with a strong focus on assessments, question banks, mock exams, and skill-building worksheets.
  • Identify experienced MYP and DP consultants to support the creation of rigorous, exam-style assessments.
  • Work closely with subject experts and authors to create high-quality MYP and DP assessment content aligned with IB guides and assessment expectations.
  • Review and quality check all content received from consultants before it is published on the platform.
  • Collaborate across verticals (product, design, and tech) within Toddle so that Library content functions smoothly on the platform and live content is regularly checked for bugs.
  • Track usage and feedback from educators to improve the quality and usefulness of Library content on a regular basis.
  • Plan and execute events and sessions that drive awareness and adoption of the Toddle Library.
  • Carry out ongoing market research to stay closely informed about what MYP and DP educators need, and to help Toddle Library stay competitive in this space.


Is this someone that looks like you?


  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as an MYP/DP teacher/coordinator.  
  • Ability to think of the big picture as well as pay attention to details.  
  • A mindset for using user-research and data to design strategies for community engagement.  
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to give direct, empathetic feedback.  
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan work, manage timelines, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
