About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the product marketing function across our commercialization portfolio. This role is critical in translating complex technologies into compelling market narratives, equipping business development with strong assets, and driving structured marketing initiatives that generate awareness and qualified leads. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, especially in the early stages of asset creation, campaign launch, and exhibition preparation.


This is a senior, strategic product marketing role embedded in the commercialization engine.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own development of high-quality product marketing assets and commercialization collateral across focused technologies (e.g., one-pagers, pitch decks, brochures, narratives, use-case decks, solution briefs).
  • Lead refinement of product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and differentiation in collaboration with Business Development and technical teams.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, credible, and commercially compelling narratives for industry, government, and enterprise audiences.
  • Partner closely with Business Development to support opportunity pursuit through strong decks, tailored client materials, and structured storytelling.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across technologies, and external touchpoints.
  • Maintain a structured repository of assets that can be reused, adapted, and scaled.
  • Lead the development of an annual product marketing plan (in collaboration with Communications) focused on awareness building for priority technologies, lead generation and market credibility and positioning.
  • Drive execution across channels including: Digital campaigns and thought leadership, exhibitions and flagship events and co-marketing with industry and commercial partners.
  • Define clear objectives, target audiences, and success metrics for marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the single point of contact for Shared Services (Marcoms, Events, Design) related to marketing and commercialization assets.
  • Coordinate planning and execution of exhibitions, showcases, and external engagements to ensure they support commercial objectives, not just visibility.
  • Ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business priorities and commercialization roadmaps.



Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Product Marketing in B2B, technology, deep tech, industrial, or complex solution environments.
  • Strong capability in positioning, messaging, value proposition development, and storytelling for technical products.
  • Experience supporting commercial teams (BD, sales, partnerships) with structured marketing assets.
  • Ability to work comfortably with technical stakeholders and translate complexity into clarity.
  • Experience owning or contributing to annual marketing plans, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Highly structured, strong attention to quality, and capable of operating with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in the UAE market.
