Senior Software & ML Engineer
Location: Remote (Austin, TX preferred)
Compensation: $140k–$160k base + bonus + equity

About the Role
Building vehicle localization and navigation systems that work when GPS doesn’t — in environments where traditional positioning systems fail.
This is a deeply technical, hands-on role focused on vehicle integration, sensor fusion, mapping, and ML-driven navigation. You’ll work close to hardware, firmware, and raw vehicle data, building systems from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Work On
- Vehicle localization and navigation
- Sensor fusion using internal vehicle data and maps
- Autonomous and off-road navigation systems
- ML approaches for perception and localization (non-CV, non-LiDAR)
- Integration with vehicle firmware and data streams
- Mapping, GIS, and topographical data processing
- Prototyping, testing, and iterating quickly
