Responsibilities
1. IT Operations & User Support
- Provide day-to-day IT operations and technical support to ensure stable and efficient office systems;
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end users, including:
- Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment
- Operating systems, Microsoft Office, email systems, VPN, and collaboration tools
- Respond to and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner to minimize business disruption;
- Manage IT assets, including equipment setup, allocation, maintenance, inventory, and lifecycle tracking.

2. Systems & Network Support
- Support and maintain the local IT infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi networks and basic network security;
- Coordinate with HQ or regional IT teams on system deployment, account setup, and access control;
- Support the local rollout and daily operation of corporate systems, such as:
- ERP / Finance systems
- HR systems
- CRM / DMS / OA systems
- Assist with system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and user training.
3. Information Security & Compliance
- Implement and follow company IT and information security policies;
- Manage user access rights and system permissions to ensure data security;
- Support IT security audits, compliance checks, and remediation actions;
- Promote basic information security awareness among employees.
4. Project & Vendor Support

- Support local IT-related projects, such as system go-lives, office setup or relocation, and device deployment;
- Coordinate with local IT service providers, telecom operators, and hardware/software vendors;
- Assist with IT contracts, service level monitoring (SLA), and cost control.
5. Documentation & Process Improvement
- Maintain IT documentation, operating procedures, and basic troubleshooting guides;
- Continuously improve IT support processes and service quality;
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role
- Experience in multinational companies or fast-growing organizations is a strong plus
- Ability to support a start-up or expansion-phase office environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Solid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with Microsoft 365, email systems, VPN, and endpoint management tools
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, or CRM systems is preferred
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Spanish: Native or business-fluent
- English: Business-fluent or working proficiency.
