Our team in Industrial Group is looking for an IT Delivery Team Coach to join them.
IT Delivery Team Coach
You will be the servant-leader for one or more IT Agile/ Scrum teams and ensure that the teams operate as a whole and meet objectives.
The teams operate in a bimodal environment, with the management and delivery approach for each project being determined by the nature of the project.
Activity in this role will utilize both Agile and non-Agile (i.e. bimodal) techniques in varying degrees from project to project, with the initial emphasis on planning and plan execution monitoring.
You will work with Project Managers, Release Train Engineer and fellow IT Delivery Team Coaches to coordinate all aspects of product delivery while ensuring that team activities are appropriately aligned.
In this role, your development will be supported through company-sponsored training and industry certification opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- Typically, a bachelor's degree in a relevant area
- Five years of applicable experience
- Experience managing and updating work plans
- Experience in coaching and mentoring team members in agile practices
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (or similar tool) preferred
- Strong knowledge about Agile frameworks

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies to ensure team focuses on the on-time delivery of agreed solutions
- Encourage full participation of team members within their defined roles, responsibilities, and empowerment
- Ensure that the iterative development process is properly focused and controlled
- Manage risks and issues at the team level, escalating to the Project Manager and Release Train Engineer
- Monitor progress daily for all team activities
- Facilitate communication of team progress with the Project Manager and Release Train Engineer
- Facilitate team events, ensuring they are timeboxed and following proper practices

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
