Job Description
Product Designer (Part-Time, Equity-Based)
Location: Remote (with some CET availability)
Type: Part-time (10โ20 hours/week)
Nvoye is a platform built to support ministries, embassies, and diplomatic teams. Our tools help diplomatic missions simplify operations, maintain institutional memory, and focus on what truly matters: people, partnerships, and peace.
Nvoye equips diplomatic teams with the infrastructure they need to function effectively, including event planning, contact management, and structured reporting.ย
We believe diplomacy works best when human connection and institutional capacity are aligned, in order to make global cooperation more agile, intentional, and resilient.
Weโre looking for a Product Designer who wants to shape tools that serve public sector teams with real-world impact. From the clarity of managing an official event to the nuance of reporting verified local insights, youโll help create intuitive, accessible experiences that make a difference for users navigating global postings and institutional transitions.
This is a part-time (10โ20 hrs/week) equity-based role, ideally suited for someone based in or available to work within Central European Time (CET). Our internal calls are spread out between 09:00 and 18:00 CET, so some availability during those hours is important. Youโll work closely with engineering, product, and strategy to design experiences that are both functional and human-centered, reflecting the complexity and importance of global public service.
Please note that weโre in the process of updating our website to better reflect our evolving product direction.
