DESCRIPTION

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and growth of Mailjet. You'll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer facing teams to deliver features that solve customer problems and support business growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, customer empathy, and the ability to translate user needs into actionable product requirements.

This is a fully remote role based in France, with the opportunity to shape the Mailjet application used by customers worldwide.

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core Mailjet platform functionality, ensuring alignment with customer and business needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Translate customer feedback, support insights, market research, and data into clear product requirements.

• Own the product development lifecycle from discovery and requirements definition through delivery, release, and post-launch measurement.

• Partner with engineering on technical and operational initiatives, including platform reliability, authorization, and billing.

• Drive alignment across engineering, design, marketing, data, and customer facing teams.

• Communicate product plans, progress, and trade-offs clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.

• Track product performance using key metrics and use insights to inform future roadmap decisions.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on the core functionality of Mailjet features.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of product management experience in SaaS.

• Ability to break complex problems into actionable product requirements.

• Proficiency with data analytics tools to inform roadmap decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
