We’re seeking a Digital Commerce & Marketing Manager to help redefine how customers engage with our brands across the digital ecosystem. In this highly visible role, you’ll partner closely with Brand Marketing to translate business objectives into innovative digital commerce and marketing solutions that drive growth and deliver seamless user experiences.

What You’ll Do
- Lead eCommerce, social commerce, and shoppable media strategies to drive conversion
- Partner with retail teams, packaging, and agencies to introduce new digital technologies
- Define performance metrics and optimize SEO, product content, and paid search
- Deploy and optimize marketing technologies while ensuring compliance and adoption
- Manage multi-million-dollar budgets, vendors, and strategic partnerships
- Support customer engagement initiatives including email marketing and segmentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve systems integration and workflows
- Ensure best-in-class user experience through thoughtful design and documentation
- Lead and develop team members while fostering a positive, high-performing culture

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce and/or digital marketing
- 2+ years of leadership or project management experience
- Strong expertise in SEO, content, social, web, and digital commerce platforms
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing revenue drivers
- Working knowledge of PIM, DAM, CRM, and CMS platforms
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
