Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all QA and testing initiatives across application development teams.
- Define and execute enterprise QA strategy, standards, and governance.
- Manage large-scale testing efforts across web, mobile, APIs, integrations, and backend systems.
- Ensure quality across complex e-commerce and digital delivery platforms with multiple dependencies.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.
- Drive QA best practices within Agile / Scrum / SAFe environments.
- Oversee test automation strategy, frameworks, and execution.
- Ensure release readiness, risk mitigation, and production stability.
- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing QA teams across the organization.
- Provide executive-level reporting on quality metrics, risks, and outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement across tools, processes, and testing methodologies.

- Extensive leadership experience in Quality Assurance / Testing at a Director or Senior Director level.
- Proven experience leading QA in large-scale, enterprise Agile environments.
- Strong background in e-commerce platforms, digital ordering, delivery, and complex integrations.
- Demonstrated success managing end-to-end testing across distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume transaction environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites (Louisville & Atlanta).
