Role Overview

We’re looking for a Web Designer to create visually compelling, user-friendly products and digital experiences for our clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across design and development, ensuring projects meet high-quality standards, deliver on brand objectives, and are executed efficiently.

This is a full-time role with required PST overlap. The position is 100% remote and reports directly to the Studio Manager or Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design responsive, modern websites and digital interfaces across multiple client projects
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to translate requirements into visually engaging solutions

• Maintain brand consistency and apply best practices in UI/UX design
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Optimize assets and layouts for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
• Participate in design reviews, provide feedback, and iterate based on stakeholder input
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve work quality
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-5 years of professional web design experience in digital agencies or product studios

• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design and UI/UX skills
• Experience collaborating with development teams to implement designs
• Exceptional English communication skills (B2-C1 level), written and spoken
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
