Role Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Remote Email Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in B2B SaaS and AI/software services marketing. This role is focused on owning and executing cold email outreach for complex, high-ticket offerings, including AI SaaS products and custom AI development services.

This position requires strong understanding of email deliverability, campaign execution, and B2B buyer psychology. It is not a copywriting-only role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email infrastructure for B2B outreach, including domains, sub-domains, and mailboxes
  • Configure and maintain SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure high deliverability
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize email warm-up using tools such as Instantly and Mailreach
  • Plan and execute cold email campaigns for B2B SaaS products and custom AI solutions
  • Build and manage multi-step email sequences with follow-ups and personalization
  • Continuously test subject lines, copy, and sequencing logic to improve performance
  • Work with lead data from Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms
  • Segment leads by ICP, persona, geography, and company size
  • Monitor inbox health, bounce rates, spam issues, and domain reputation
  • Take full ownership of the email marketing channel and proactively flag risks


Required Experience

  • Prior hands-on experience with B2B SaaS email marketing and/or marketing custom software or AI development services
  • Proven experience running cold email campaigns targeting founders, CTOs, and senior decision-makers
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability and inbox placement
  • Experience managing email infrastructure and warm-up at scale
  • Familiarity with long B2B sales cycles and high-ticket offerings
  • Background limited to B2C, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is not sufficient


Tools & Skills

  • Experience with Instantly, Mailreach, or similar cold email tools
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Outlook
  • Hands-on experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead sources
  • Practical understanding of DNS concepts including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
  • Comfort with Google Sheets, Notion, or similar tracking tools
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n is a plus


Performance Expectations

  • Maintain healthy inbox placement and low bounce and spam rates
  • Generate consistent, high-quality replies from B2B decision-makers
  • Contribute to booked demos and qualified sales conversations
  • Scale outreach responsibly without damaging domains or reputation
  • Provide clear weekly performance updates with insights and recommendations
