As a Sr. Safety Manager, you will be part of the Safety & Security Department supporting the Lewiston-Woodville facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety management, which will align successfully in the organization.

- Lead all safety and security efforts for manufacturing complex and field operations.
- Manage safety programs, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety initiatives that promote a culture of safety excellence.
- Oversee incident investigations, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
- Lead emergency response activities and serve as a key member of the incident command team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental, Safety & Health, Industrial Health Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing safety management, preferably within food manufacturing or similar industries.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety best practices.
- Strong supervisory skills and experience managing off-site personnel.
- Proficiency in safety management tools and software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OHM, and SAP.
