Hiring: Network Engineer

(Full-Time)

Location: Remote – Mexico

We are seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and enhance enterprise-scale network environments. This is a full-time remote role based in Mexico, ideal for senior engineers with strong leadership and hands-on technical depth.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in network engineering (enterprise environments preferred)
• Strong expertise with Cisco ACI and F5 Load Balancers
• 5+ years of experience leading projects and/or mentoring junior engineers
• Deep understanding of networking technologies, design principles, and practical implementation of routers, switches, virtualization, storage networking, load balancers, and network security
• Experience with SDN solutions such as Cisco ACI and VMware NSX/VNX
• Strong knowledge of network security (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, WAF)

Technical Expertise (Strongly Preferred)

• Cisco Routing & Switching, Spine-Leaf architecture
• F5 LTM / GTM
• Cisco UCS & Nexus
• Cisco ACI
• Cisco WAAS, WCCP
• Cisco security solutions & Cisco ISE
• Palo Alto Networks firewalls and security solutions
• QoS and prioritization for voice/video
• Network automation and configuration standardization

Additional Skills

• Strong understanding of network segmentation, isolation, and encryption architectures
• Excellent documentation skills (designs, diagrams, specs, procedures)
