Business Analyst - EdTech Platform

SkillAnthem is a global EdTech platform and it is expanding its presence in India, and we are looking for skilled Business Analyst who want to be part of a fast-growing, impact-driven organization.

About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and data-driven solutions at SkillAnthem. The role involves working closely with product, operations, and leadership teams to analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and support strategic decision-making that enhances learner engagement, mentor effectiveness, and overall platform growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and system requirements

• Gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications

• Work with product, tech, and data teams to support solution design and implementation

• Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve business performance

• Define and track business KPIs and performance metrics

• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders

• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for new initiatives

• Support data-driven decision-making through analysis and insights

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and solution validation

• Document business processes, requirements, and best practices

• Stay updated with business analysis methodologies and industry trends

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, or similar roles

• Ability to work with data, reports, and dashboards to derive insights

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar

• Strong documentation and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus

• Ability to work independently in a remote, global team environment

• Interest in education, learning, or mentorship-driven platforms
