Product Owner - Aviation Digital Transformation

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading aviation company in Amsterdam that’s entering a major digital transformation phase. They’re building and modernising core digital products that impact real users, real operations, and real outcomes not “innovation theatre.”

As Product Owner, you’ll sit at the heart of the journey: translating vision into execution, aligning stakeholders, and guiding delivery teams to build products that genuinely move the needle.

What you’ll own

• Drive product execution and contribute to the product vision (from discovery to delivery)
• Manage and refine the product backlog: user stories, prioritisation, acceptance criteria
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to align needs, goals, and delivery
• Work closely with development teams to deliver value iteratively — with clarity and pace

What we’re looking for

• Strong Product Owner experience (Agile/Scrum environments)
• Confident stakeholder management: you can align different voices without losing momentum
• Solid backlog management and prioritisation skills (you know what not to build)
• A genuine interest in aviation and complex operational environments
• Clear communicator: structured, decisive, collaborative
