LOCATION: Waco, TX (full-time onsite)
COMPENSATION: $95,000 On Target Earnings (80-85K base, 10%+ Individual Yearly Performance Bonus)
RELOCATION: $5,000 reimbursable relocation coverage - relocation candidates welcome!

Responsibilities
- Lead a small team across accounting, payroll, AP/AR, and administrative functions.
- Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with GAAP.
- Manage audits, tax filings, and financial statement preparation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with retail and operations teams to optimize processes and support daily business operations.
- Prepare board and lender reports, and help present key financial insights to leadership.
- Mentor and develop your team, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.

- 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience; bachelor’s in accounting or finance required (CPA a plus).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, audits, payroll, AP/AR, and monthly close processes.
- Proficiency in accounting systems, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Experience leading a team and developing staff through coaching and mentorship.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Confident communicator, able to present financial insights to senior leadership.
