Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement software solutions for claims, underwriting, and reinsurance systems
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to define requirements and technical specifications
• Work on system integrations, API development, and data processing solutions
• Ensure high-quality code through testing, debugging, and performance optimization
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring system stability and scalability

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in software development within the P&C insurance industry
• Strong proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or similar programming languages
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Knowledge of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and system integrations
• Familiarity with insurance industry systems such as claims management, underwriting, or policy administration
