The Role

As Visual Media Coordinator, you'll split your time between:

• Designing and building client websites using modern no-code tools (full training provided)
• Creating stunning social media graphics and marketing materials with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Working with AI art generation tools like MidJourney and Google Banana for creative concepts
• Producing light video content for Instagram Reels optimized for social platforms
• Visiting client locations for content capture, photography, and strategy meetings

Who We Want to Meet

Visual designers, graphic artists, and content creators who:

• Have a good eye for design and understand what works (and why)
• Are excited about emerging design tools and open-minded about AI, not rigid about "how things have always been done"
• Can work in Spanish and English (working proficiency, not full fluency required)
• Want to grow with an expanding agency (Querétaro and Mexico City offices coming)
• Are ready for in-office work in San Miguel de Allende (not remote)

Experience Levels Welcome

We're open to all experience levels:

• Experienced Designers: $19,000-$27,000 MXN/month for professionals with 2+ years agency experience
• Part-time Transitions: For those with current jobs who want to grow into full-time roles
• Students & Recent Grads: Don't let the salary range discourage you—we can create pathways that work
• Senior Arrangements: Part-time work that could evolve into creative leadership

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator (intermediate)
• Canva (expert) and Figma (intermediate or above preferred)
• Basic video editing
• Strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy understanding
• Reliable mobility for client visits (car not required)

Bonus Points

• MidJourney or other AI design tools
• Meta Ads Manager or social media advertising
• Photography/videography skills
