Job Description

Senior Product Manager – Patient Experience

At EX Squared LATAM, we partner with leading U.S. companies to build high-impact digital products through strong product, design, and engineering practices. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Patient Experience to join a U.S.-based digital health company and lead the evolution of patient-facing experiences across the full care journey.

This role is ideal for a senior, highly autonomous Product Manager with deep experience in B2C healthcare products, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams while balancing discovery and execution.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager – Patient Experience, you will own and drive key initiatives across patient-facing web and mobile applications. You will work closely with design, engineering, data, and clinical teams to deliver intuitive, empathetic, and effective digital experiences that improve patient engagement, activation, and outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, healthcare workflows, and data, and plays a critical role in shaping how patients interact with healthcare technology at scale. Healthcare experience is mandatory, and prior exposure to U.S. healthcare systems is strongly preferred.

What You Will Do
  • Own and evolve key parts of the patient experience roadmap across web and mobile platforms.

  • Lead end-to-end product initiatives spanning discovery, definition, execution, and iteration.

  • Design and optimize patient journeys including onboarding, intake, engagement, adherence, and activation.

  • Translate patient needs, clinical requirements, and business goals into clear product requirements, workflows, and documentation.

  • Partner closely with design to deliver intuitive, accessible, and patient-centered UX.

  • Collaborate with engineering to ensure high-quality, scalable, and timely delivery.

  • Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure digital experiences align with real-world care workflows.

  • Define and track product success metrics (activation, engagement, retention, adherence, outcomes).

  • Use data and insights to inform prioritization, experimentation, and continuous optimization.

  • Act as a strong communicator and influencer, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity across teams.

  • Contribute to building a strong product culture focused on patient impact and execution excellence.

What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a strong focus on B2C products.

  • 3+ years of experience in Healthcare or Digital Health, ideally within U.S. healthcare environments.

  • Proven experience leading patient-facing applications (web and/or mobile).

  • Deep understanding of patient journeys, including onboarding, intake, engagement, adherence, and activation.

  • Strong ability to balance product discovery and execution.

  • Experience working closely with design, engineering, data, and clinical teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience defining metrics and using insights to guide decisions.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced English proficiency for daily collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders.

  • Experience working in regulated healthcare or healthtech environments.

  • Familiarity with U.S. healthcare concepts, patient expectations, and care delivery models.

  • Experience with experimentation, personalization, or behavior-change driven products.

  • Background in scaling B2C products in complex or high-growth environments.

Why Join EX Squared?
  • Work with leading U.S. clients building meaningful, patient-centered digital products.

  • Be part of a senior, highly collaborative product and engineering culture.

  • Emphasis on ownership, autonomy, and long-term product quality.

  • Opportunity to influence real-world healthcare outcomes through technology.

What We Offer
  • Competitive compensation in USD, aligned with senior-level experience.

  • 100% remote work from anywhere in Latin America.

  • Exposure to complex, high-impact healthcare products.

  • Continuous learning, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment.

  • A culture that values communication, influence, and product excellence.
