Senior Web3 DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Web3 DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage highly available blockchain infrastructure and cloud-native systems. You will work closely with blockchain engineers, backend teams, and security to ensure scalable, secure, and production-grade Web3 infrastructure across mainnets, testnets, and off-chain services. This role is ideal for someone who understands both traditional DevOps and Web3-specific infrastructure challenges.

• Design and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Build highly available, fault-tolerant systems for Web3 applications
• Manage compute, storage, and networking for blockchain workloads

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain blockchain nodes (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Solana, etc.)
• Manage RPC endpoints, indexers, and archival nodes
• Optimize node performance, syncing, and uptime

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smart contracts and backend services
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform / Pulumi / CloudFormation
• Implement GitOps workflows

• Containerize applications using Docker

• Manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS / GKE / self-managed)
• Implement auto-scaling and high availability

• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)
• Implement security best practices:
• Secrets management
• Key management (HSMs, Vault)
• Access control and IAM
• Ensure uptime, reliability, and incident response readiness

• Optimize cloud and node infrastructure costs
• Improve system performance and reliability
• Plan infrastructure scaling for protocol growth

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SRE / Infrastructure roles
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Hands-on experience running blockchain nodes and Web3 infra
• Expertise in:
