Founding Engineer: MVP to MLP

Take Guestro from MVP to MLP - Remote role (anywhere in Europe)

We’re building a lean hospitality SaaS with a simple goal:

help restaurants grow without adding more work.

Guestro turns guest interactions, reviews, and data into automated actions that drive repeat visits and stronger digital presence. We’re a small in-house team of 6, building with high speed and high ownership.

Guestro is based in Stockholm, with an engineering office in Sarajevo.

Now we’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help take Guestro from MVP to MLP.

What you’ll build

From “it works” to “people love it.”

The MVP exists. Your job is to turn it into a Minimum Lovable Product — reliable, intuitive, and fast.

Automation and intelligence that feel invisible.

AI-driven insights, review analysis, and workflows that quietly create value without getting in the way.

The next phase of the product.

You’ll build alongside a small in-house team and help shape how Guestro evolves — technically and product-wise.

The technical reality

React. Cloud infrastructure. SQL. Keystone. Integrations.

You’ll work across the stack — frontend, backend, and infrastructure — whatever the problem demands.

The best tool wins. The fastest path wins.

You’re expected to be fluent with modern AI coding agents, such as:

• Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar
• Using AI as a co-builder: generating, refactoring, testing, and exploring code
• Moving faster because of AI — while keeping ownership and judgment

We ship continuously.

You own features end-to-end: build → ship → learn → improve.

Who you are

You don’t need a senior title.

You need to build and ship.

You’ve shipped real software before and are comfortable improving an existing codebase.

You enjoy working in a small, distributed team close to founders and users.

You:
