Senior Product Manager - Durable Medical Equipment and Home Medical Equipment Platform

About the Opportunity:

A rapidly growing SaaS company is transforming how Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers operate through an all-in-one platform that streamlines business operations. The Sr Product Manager will lead and expand the product team, driving product vision, roadmap, and execution to support clients’ goals and maintain the platform’s market leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver products on time and within scope

• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the platform using market research, customer feedback, and emerging technologies

• Assess and prioritize product initiatives based on market demand, customer feedback, and ROI

• Communicate the vision and roadmap to internal teams, customers, and executives

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success

• Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to understand user pain points and refine the product

• Develop processes and frameworks to support efficient product development and delivery in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product development experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role in a SaaS environment

• Solid understanding of AI/ML tools, frameworks, and practical applications

• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable product insights

• Proven ability to bring new products and features to market with measurable business outcomes

• Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels and clearly articulating product vision

• Deep knowledge of Agile and iterative development processes

• Proficiency with product tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional user experiences
