About The Role

In this role, you will be working on projects to help fine-tune large language models (like ChatGPT) using your strong analytical and English comprehension skills. The ideal candidate should have the ability to read, summarize, and break down large content into smaller logical blocks, conduct research online, validate claims made in content through online research, and work with the LLM (Large Language Models) to solve puzzles. The projects will also help you learn how to leverage AI to be a better analyst. This is your chance to future-proof your career in an AI-first world!

Your role is critical in helping fine-tune and improve large language models (like GPT), and will make you an expert on how to leverage AI to enhance analytical capabilities. This opportunity allows you to develop skills that are highly relevant in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with excellent reading and writing skills is essential. Candidates should possess strong research and analytical abilities, along with the capacity to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations. Creative and lateral thinking skills are highly valued, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities. The role requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. A reliable desktop or laptop with a good internet connection is necessary to perform the tasks effectively.

Preferred candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or undergraduate qualification in fields such as Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related disciplines. However, candidates without a degree but with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply. Experience in professional writing, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, or translation is advantageous. Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite, along with basic data interpretation, logical reasoning, and arithmetic skills, will be beneficial.
