Role of the Senior Employee Owner Support Specialist/Help Desk Specialist NOTE: Relocation Available

Under minimal supervision, serves as a subject matter expert across the employee life cycle, providing high-level guidance on complex and sensitive issues. Leverages People expertise and sound judgment to influence decision-making, ensure policy alignment, and drive a consistent, employee-centered experience that reinforces organizational values and compliance standards.

Essential Responsibilities


  • Addresses complex inquiries and partners with employee-owners to resolve issues effectively.
  • Supports compliance and government reporting by ensuring accurate documentation and execution of processes aligned with relevant policies, regulatory requirements, and internal standards.
  • Oversees data integrity by performing regular audits and ensuring accuracy across systems and records.
  • Contributes to process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline service delivery and reduce errors.

Qualifications


  • 5+ years of experience in HR support or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills such as formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
