At RedNovius, we help pharma, biotech, and medtech companies turn complex scientific data into clear, engaging video content. Our video solution, PubVisual, is redefining how clinical research is communicated.


We’re looking for a Social Media & Demand Generation Manager to own execution of our social media presence, from messaging to posting, and turn content into inbound demand.

This is a hands-on role, not a strategy-only position.

What you’ll do
  • Execute our social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Turn marketing direction into clear, compelling messaging for our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)
  • Write, schedule, and publish all social media content
  • Work closely with designers to create high-quality visual assets
  • Drive lead generation and demo bookings through organic social
  • Align content with marketing campaigns and sales priorities
  • Track performance, test formats, and continuously optimize for results


What we’re looking for

Must-have

  • 2–5 years experience in social media, content marketing, or demand generation (B2B preferred)
  • Strong (AI) LinkedIn copywriting and messaging skills
  • Experience managing social channels end-to-end
  • Comfortable working with designers and content briefs
  • Execution-focused, organized, and accountable for results


Nice-to-have

  • Experience in SaaS, healthcare, or life sciences
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools
  • Interest in science, healthcare, or technical storytelling
