Deine Rolle / The Role:

  • As our Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be the guardian of our digital infrastructure.
  • You won’t just be reacting to threats; you will be architecting a resilient, "Zero Trust" environment.
  • This is a 100% remote position, but you will be deeply integrated into our German-speaking core teams and European engineering hubs.

Deine Aufgaben / Key Responsibilities:

  • Security Architecture: Design and implement robust security measures for our Cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
  • Incident Response: Lead the "Sondereinsatzkommando" (Task Force) during security incidents and conduct deep-dive forensics.
  • Compliance: Ensure our systems meet GDPR (DSGVO), ISO 27001, and TISAX requirements.
  • DevSecOps: Integrate automated security scanning (SAST/DAST) into our CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as the technical bridge between our international developers and German-speaking leadership/clients.

Dein Profil / Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Systems Engineering.
  • Tech Stack: Deep knowledge of Kubernetes security, Terraform, SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel), and Firewalls.
  • Language: Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2/C1) is mandatory. You must be comfortable explaining complex technical risks to German stakeholders.
  • Location: Residents in the EU/EEA (for data privacy and timezone alignment).
  • Certifications: (Preferred) CISSP, CISM, or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
