Responsibilities
This role is an exciting opportunity to be a critical part of the Enterprise Security IAM team that is implementing Role Based Access Controls (RBAC) across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Identity and Access Management, (IAM), this Analyst will be responsible for overseeing and developing processes for our RBAC implementation.
Responsibilities:
-Facilitate and work with Human Resources (HR) and Local Market resources to analyze the needs of users and group them into roles based on common job responsibilities.

-Develop and document processes and responsibilities for role maintenance
-Planning for periodic reviews and certification of roles with HR and Market stakeholders
-Define strategy and process for Assigning roles to users
-Define strategy and process for Managing user access rights
-Ensure all processes account for Segregation of Duties (SOD) and Protect sensitive data
-Leads review of, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of IAM processes, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts
-Document procedures, policies, and controls for work with in scope of this position
-Organizing and making documentation easily accessible
-Ensuring content quality through editing and analysis
-Researches end-user access related problems and provides accurate resolution to the user community in a timely and effective manner
-Advises management on information security policies, standards, procedures, security violations and security risks
-Leading and organizing project team meetings using Agile methodology and processes
-Facilitate conversations with stakeholders on risks, their impact and how well they are managed in a clear, timely and structured manner

Basic Qualifications
-Minimum 2 or more years of experience in a highly regulated healthcare environment with dedicated security administration and security management functions.
-Minimum 2 years’ experience with Electronic medical record access protocols.
-Experience with user provisioning technologies, application and/or database security administration.
-Demonstrated knowledge and experience implementing IAM workflows and automation using industry best practice concepts.
-Understanding of user administration procedures.
-Excellent time and project management skills, customer service and interpersonal skills, and communication (written and oral) are critical for success in this position.
-Excellent Teamwork and Communication Skills.
-Knowledge of and experience with Active Directory administration and IAM systems
-Knowledge of ITIL processes
