Inner Balance is a women-founded telehealth company specializing in personalized, prescription-strength bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (HRT). Through treatments like its flagship Oestra™ vaginal cream, Inner Balance supports women through perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, endometriosis, postpartum recovery, and other hormone-related health challenges.


About the Role


The Growth Designer exists to drive business growth through high-performing, conversion-focused design. Working closely with the CEO, Growth Marketing, and CRM teams, this role is responsible for designing and evolving creative across key DTC channels — including paid advertising and email — with a clear focus on acquisition, engagement, and retention.

This role is ideal for a designer who understands how creative directly impacts performance. The Growth Designer creates ads that stop the scroll, emails that drive clicks and conversions, and visual systems that can be tested, iterated, and scaled. They balance brand consistency with speed and experimentation, using performance feedback to continuously refine creative and help the business learn what works as it grows.


Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Design
  • Design high-performing ad creative for paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, display, etc.)
  • Develop modular creative systems for rapid testing and iteration
  • Translate growth hypotheses into visual executions that can be tested quickly
  • Optimize creative based on performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)

  • Email & Lifecycle Design


    • Design email and CRM assets across flows and campaigns
    • Partner with the CRM team to improve engagement, click-through, and conversion
    • Create scalable email templates and visual systems that balance speed with polish

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration


    • Work closely with the CEO to align creative output with business priorities
    • Partner with Growth Marketing to support launches, promotions, and ongoing tests
    • Collaborate with brand, content, and strategy partners to ensure consistency without slowing growth

  • Systems, Speed & Iteration


    • Build reusable creative frameworks (ad layouts, email modules, templates)
    • Manage multiple projects in parallel without sacrificing quality
    • Continuously refine creative based on learnings from tests and results


    Qualifications


    • 3–6+ years of experience in growth, performance, or marketing design
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating paid ad and/or email design with business impact
    • Deep understanding of designing for conversion, clarity, and speed
    • Comfortable working with performance data and feedback loops
    • Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows
    • Experience collaborating closely with marketers and leadership teams
    Nice to HaveExperience in DTC, subscription, or ecommerce environments
    • Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and creative experimentation
    • Understanding of motion or lightweight animation for ads
    • Experience designing within established brand systems
