We are seeking a senior technology leader to join a premier diversified holding company in Abu Dhabi as the Group Director of Enterprise Solutions. This organization operates a vast portfolio across real estate, hospitality, and education, presenting a unique challenge for a leader capable of driving group-wide technology excellence.

Reporting directly to the Chief Technology and Information Officer, you will act as a critical strategic partner to business executives across the group. You will be joining a high stakes environment where technology is a direct enabler of business strategy and operational growth. This is a senior role within the group, overseeing multiple levels of leadership including Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents.

In this position, you hold end-to-end accountability for the entire business-facing technology landscape. You will lead a core central team of 8 to 10 direct reports and a wider delivery ecosystem of 50 to 60 offshore and onshore specialists.

Your scope includes the full lifecycle of major enterprise platforms such as ERP (SAP or Oracle), Finance, HCM, and CRM, as well as specialized industry systems for property and education.

You will inherit a pipeline of 15 to 20 large-scale initiatives, requiring a leader who can balance the delivery of future platforms with the continuous improvement of current operations.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership within large, diversified organizations.
• Must have led massive end to end ERP transformations across HR, finance, and procurement in a global or multi business setting.
• Proven experience running shared services, competency centers, or solution centers, ideally within European multinationals.
• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Ability to navigate group politics and regional complexity while maintaining a calm and decisive leadership style.
• Experience infusing automation and AI into large scale enterprise operations.
• Please note this is a strategic director role and not a project management or purely operational IT function.
