Responsibilities:

• Windows 11 Engineering & Image Management
• Patching & Compliance
• Endpoint Management & Automation
• Package, test, and deploy enterprise applications
• Implement and support endpoint security controls

• Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex EUC issues.

Experience:

• Background in EUC engineering or endpoint architecture roles.
• Windows 10/11 OS internals, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Windows 11 imaging, including task sequences, WIM management, driver packages, Autopilot profiles, and provisioning technologies.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Intune and/or SCCM/ConfigMgr (policy management, app deployments, patching, reporting).
• PowerShell scripting for automation and tooling.
• Azure AD/Entra ID, Group Policy, conditional access, and device identity.

Location

This role is fully remote.
