We're looking for a sharp, process-obsessed Business Analyst to join us remotely and drive clarity across our high-velocity Finance and Recruitment operations.

This role is not about crunching numbers; it's about optimizing the systems and processes that generate those numbers. You will be the bridge between strategic intent and operational execution.

Your Mission: Process & System Governance

You Will Own The Lifecycle Of Key Business Processes And Data Flows, Ensuring Seamless Integration Between Departments And Technologies. Your Core Focus Areas Will Be

  • Strategic Requirement Elicitation: Lead deep-dive sessions with Finance and Recruitment leaders to uncover pain points and translate high-level business needs (like reducing time-to-hire or optimizing labor spend) into clear, documented user stories and technical requirements.
  • Operational Blueprinting: Develop and maintain detailed process maps (using BPMN) for critical workflows, specifically focusing on the intersection of headcount planning, client demand forecasting, and expense reporting.
  • System Integration Liaison: Work directly with the development or IT team to manage the configuration and deployment of new tools (e.g., HRIS, CRM, Financial Planning software), ensuring they align perfectly with defined business requirements.
  • Impact Analysis & Validation (UAT): Design and execute robust User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans to validate that new process changes and system deployments deliver the intended efficiency and financial clarity.
  • Data Governance: Define and enforce standards for key operational metrics and data points used in financial reporting, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all platforms.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a dedicated Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Process Improvement role.
  • Expertise in requirements management methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred) and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Demonstrable experience working with complex data sets and the ability to define data relationships critical for Finance or Workforce Planning.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to translate complex technical specifications into business language and vice versa.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
