Are you a passionate Product Owner who thrives in Agile environments? We have an exciting opportunity to lead product development, prioritize business value, and ensure our teams deliver high-quality solutions in a collaborative, international, 100% remote setting.

We are looking for a Product Owner

An experienced professional who can manage stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and drive product delivery while collaborating closely with development teams and other stakeholders in a SAFe Agile framework.

🔧 Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations, collect feedback, and define communication strategies.
• Act as the bridge between business, operations, and technical teams, ensuring user needs and business value are met.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, aligning tasks with business goals and SAFe Program Increment planning.
• Define and enforce standards of quality, governance, and compliance in product or data-related processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow optimization, and automation to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate in cross-team and cross-program coordination, supporting Agile Release Trains and dependency management.

🧠 Skills & Knowledge

• Strong facilitation and organizational skills to manage priorities and deliverables in an Agile / SAFe environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders, Product Managers, and development teams.

✅ Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in Agile environments.
• Solid understanding of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) OR Scrum principles.
• Experience managing product backlogs and workflows in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Ability to prioritize work based on business value and user impact.
• Familiarity with technical environments, platforms, or data systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English (C1) with strong communication skills.
