• Leading and developing a team of Product Owners across multiple product domains
• Acting as a product reference point, ensuring business value and operational impact
• Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams

🛠 What we are looking for:

• Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Solid experience in financial or banking products (e.g. cards, credit, payments)
• Strong technical fluency and experience working in agile environments
• Experience working closely with development teams, defining requirements and acceptance criteria
• Proven leadership skills, with energy and resilience in dynamic contexts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to prioritize and make data-driven decisions
• Fluent level of Portuguese & English (mandatory);
• Availability to work in a hybrid environment – 2 times per week in the office in Porto or Lisbon.
