Your Responsibilities:
✔️Dashboards & Visualization: Define metric and data mart requirements together with the data engineer, build and improve dashboards in Redash (BI tools as needed later on)
✔️Campaign & Funnel Analytics: Provide weekly insights on Meta/TikTok/Google/Snap campaigns, identify growth opportunities and funnel issues, suggest improvements to audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
✔️Experimentation (A/B): Design experiments, validate statistical significance, interpret results, conduct post-analysis, maintain a registry of tests and outcomes
✔️Google Sheets Reporting: Create reports of any complexity (formulas, pivot tables, automation), maintain a unified logic for metrics and data sources
✔️Tracking & Data QA: Monitor pixels/events and data quality, investigate discrepancies between platforms and DWH, set up alerts, and maintain integration checklists (in collaboration with engineers or tracking specialists)
✔️Planning & Unit Economics: Contribute to KPI development, media planning, and unit economics modeling
Your Experience:
🔹3+ years in performance or marketing analytics
🔹Proficient in SQL (experience with ClickHouse preferred)

🔹Experience working with DWH
🔹Advanced skills in Google Sheets
🔹Understanding of event-tracking: GTM/pixels (plus CAPI/S2S is a bonus)
🔹Experience in A/B testing and statistics
🔹Experience analyzing Meta/TikTok/Google/Snap channels: cohorts, segments, attribution/windows
Nice to have:
Python (pandas), BI tools (Metabase/Tableau/Looker/PowerBI), MMM/custom attribution models, APIs (Meta/TikTok/Google)
