Job Description
At TeamBuilder, we believe in empowering our healthcare customers through inventive solutions and a commitment to excellence. Our young, rapidly growing company is looking for passionate professionals who thrive in a dynamic, innovative, and collaborative environment.
Key Values of all TeamBuilders
- Committed to driving growth and delivering value for clients
- Innovative and collaborative, focused on effective implementation of our product
- Entrepreneurial and ownership mindset
- Innovative and agile approach to product and customer success
- This role is fully remote, and you must be located within the United States to be eligible
We also believe good software should look and feel good. We care about visual craft, interaction polish, and the small details that make an interface feel calm, modern, and intentional. Designers here have room to shape not just how things work, but how they feel — from flows and systems down to typography, spacing, and motion. If you value clarity and aesthetics, and enjoy creating software that’s both functional and beautiful, you’ll feel at home here.
About The Role
We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong track record designing elegant, intuitive experiences for complex software products. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, can untangle hard problems, and consistently turns complexity into clarity.
You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to shape experiences from early concept through execution, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
What You’ll Do
- Design end-to-end user experiences for complex workflows, not just screens
- Translate abstract or highly technical requirements into clear, usable interfaces
- Lead UX thinking across discovery, ideation, prototyping, and final design
- Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that scale
- Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineers to shape solutions early
- Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product
- Contribute to and evolve design systems and shared patterns
- Use research, data, and qualitative feedback to inform design decisions
- Clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
