What The Role Entails

Some of the key responsibilities of our Art Director:

• Define and uphold the artistic vision and visual language for our iGaming products.

• Translate complex game mechanics and marketing goals into compelling visual narratives.
• Ensure all visual output is mobile-first, optimizing for various screen sizes and devices common in the iGaming sector.
• Maintain brand consistency across our titles (both art and animation).
• Mentor and inspire a team of specialised and general 2D artists/animators.
• Manage creative workflows, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Conduct regular art reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the quality of work.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Game Mathematicians, and Developers to ensure art assets are feasible and optimized for performance.
• Deliver promotional assets for the marketing teams.
• Contributes and assists in the teams recruitment process.

What We Ask Of You

• 3+ years of experience in a senior creative role (in AAA gaming, mobile or iGaming).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D art (illustration and painting).
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Understanding of animation principles and how they apply to slot mechanics.
• Knowledge of current trends in visual design, pop culture, and competitor activity within the gambling sector.
